Dr. Alexander Ampaabeng has made a startling revelation about Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) presidential candidate for the 2024 elections.
According to Dr. Ampaabeng, some polling agents working for Dr. Bawumia previously voted for former President John Dramani Mahama before being appointed as polling station agents.
He alleged that those agents themselves lost confidence in Dr. Bawumia because they believe the NPP government has failed to deliver on its promises. “They think Dr. Bawumia was part of the government’s failures, and therefore do not believe in his leadership,” he said.
Speaking during a radio engagement with NPP delegates in the Western North Region, Dr. Ampaabeng stated that Kennedy Ohene Agyapong represents the real hope for Ghana, promising job opportunities and economic transformation.
