The construction of the Sefwi Akontombra to Dadieso road is making significant progress, bringing renewed hope to residents and commuters in the area. The project, which has been a major concern for years due to its poor condition, is now seeing visible improvements as contractors intensify work on key sections.
According to local sources, drainage structures and road shaping are ongoing, while portions of the road have already been leveled and compacted. Residents have expressed satisfaction with the pace of work, noting that the improved road will ease transportation challenges, boost trade, and improve access to nearby communities.
The Sefwi Akontombra–Dadieso road serves as an important economic link within the Western North Region, facilitating the movement of goods such as cocoa, foodstuffs, and timber.
