Today marks a significant and joyous occasion for Muslims across the globe – Eid al-Adha. On this blessed day, I extend my warmest and heartfelt greetings to all Muslims in Ghana, especially our cherished Muslim brothers and sisters in the Western North Region.
As the Western North Regional Youth Organizer, I thank Allah for the peace, unity, and mutual respect that continue to exist between Christians and Muslims in our beloved country. This harmony is a pillar of our national strength, and it is my hope that we will continue to build on it for the future of our region and nation.
Muslims have contributed immensely to the development of Ghana — particularly in the areas of education, agriculture, and the promotion of peace and national cohesion. Your commitment and sacrifices have not gone unnoticed.

As you celebrate Eid al-Adha — the most significant festival in Islam — may Allah hear your prayers, grant you your wishes, and shower His blessings upon you and your families.
I also urge the Muslim community, especially in the Western North Region, to remember our region in your prayers. Let us ask Allah for development, growth, and lasting peace for our people.
Let us all — regardless of faith — continue to contribute our part to the development of the Western North Region. We must protect the peace we’ve worked so hard to achieve and strive together toward a brighter future.
To the vibrant Muslim youth, I understand the joy this day brings. Celebrate with happiness, but also with caution and responsibility. Let your actions bring blessings, not sorrow.
To my dedicated NDC youth in the region, I remain your servant. I promise to continue working hard to create opportunities and support you in every way I can. I know times are tough, but let’s remain united and hopeful — better days are ahead.
Wishing you all a blessed Eid al-Adha. May Allah’s mercy and blessings be upon us all.
