The Western North Regional Youth Organizer, Mr. Frederick Asante, has extended heartfelt congratulations to several youth organisers who have recently been appointed as District Managers of the Youth Employment Agency (YEA).
Mr. Asante noted that these appointments are well-deserved, highlighting the pivotal role these individuals played during the 2024 elections. According to him, they demonstrated commendable leadership qualities in their capacity as youth organisers, which makes them capable and ready to serve as YEA District Managers.
He emphasized that the role of a YEA District Manager is not a political one, but a service-oriented position aimed at developing their respective districts and supporting the broader vision of H.E. John Dramani Mahama’s Reset Agenda.
Mr. Asante urged the newly appointed managers to maintain discipline, transparency, and fairness in their dealings with the public. He expressed strong confidence in their abilities, stating, “I believe in my boys—they can do the job with confidence and discipline.”
He also called on the remaining youth organisers to exercise patience and support their colleagues in their new roles, assuring them that he is actively working with the leadership of government, particularly the Minister for Youth Development and Empowerment, to create more opportunities.
