Hope for Kumasi Students as Kofi Adade Foundation Donates Exam Materials

The Kofi Adade Foundation, led by Hon. Kofi Adade, has donated learning materials to selected Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) candidates within the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly (KMA).

This philanthropic gesture marks an expansion of the Foundation’s support efforts, which have historically focused on students in the Kumawu-Dadease Electoral Area.Hon. Kofi Adade, the former Assembly Member for the Kumawu-Dadease Electoral Area in the Sekyere Kumawu District of the Ashanti Region and a senior reporter with legendreport.com, personally led the donation exercise. As CEO of the Foundation, he has consistently contributed to the educational development of students, especially those preparing for the BECE.

During the presentation, Mr. Adade encouraged the beneficiaries to concentrate on their studies and aim for excellent results. “Make books your friend and work towards aggregates between 6 and 10. With hard work and focus, you can achieve the same success your predecessors did,” he advised. He further pledged that any student who attains such high aggregates would be fully supported with their Senior High School (SHS) prospectus and transportation of items to their respective school.

Mr. Adade expressed confidence in the students’ ability to excel, especially given the relatively better access to educational resources in urban settings like Kumasi compared to rural areas. He also warned against examination malpractice, urging the candidates to uphold integrity and make their families proud.
