A seasoned entrepreneur and global businesswoman, she is the only widely recognized female licensed gold exporter in Ghana, managing a diversified portfolio that spans mining, construction, agriculture, energy, and technology. Since 2019, her companies have successfully mobilized and managed over USD 400 million in structured gold-linked investment and export operations.
Under her leadership, her business empire — including Golden Empire Legacy Limited (GEL) and its subsidiaries — has created more than 3,200 direct and indirect jobs, contributing significantly to local economic growth. Her operations emphasize compliance, responsible sourcing, and traceability, earning her recognition from both local and international institutions.
As a legislator,Gyan Cudjoe combines her private-sector acumen with her public mandate to drive infrastructure, education, health, and energy access in Amenfi Central.
