Juaboso DCE Visits Project Sites at Frantraline and Nkyensekorkor

The District Chief Executive (DCE) for Juaboso District, Alexander Adu-Quist, on Saturday morning embarked on a working visit to Frantraline and Nkyensekorkor to inspect project sites earmarked for new health and education infrastructure. The move forms part of ongoing efforts to expand social amenities and improve living standards in the district.

At Frantraline, the DCE visited the site allocated for the construction of a Community-Based Health Planning and Services (CHPS) compound. The facility, when completed, is expected to provide accessible and affordable healthcare to residents who currently have to travel long distances to seek medical attention.

During his engagement with the people of Frantraline, Adu-Quist underscored the importance of partnership between government and communities in driving development. He urged residents to show commitment and ownership of the project to ensure timely completion and sustainability.

The inspection tour was extended to Nkyensekorkor, where the DCE assessed sites for two major projects — the construction of another CHPS compound and a 3-unit classroom block. The education facility is expected to ease congestion in existing schools and improve teaching and learning in the area.

Speaking during the visit, the DCE noted that these initiatives reflect government’s broader agenda to enhance access to healthcare and education across rural communities. He emphasized that such projects are critical to achieving equitable development and promoting social progress in the Juaboso District.

Adu-Quist reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to ensuring fair distribution of resources and development projects across all communities. He assured residents that no community would be left behind as the district continues to push for improved social infrastructure.

The DCE also called on beneficiary communities to support the projects fully, stressing that their cooperation and active participation are key to the successful execution of the initiatives. He concluded by reiterating that the government remains dedicated to transforming lives through practical, community-centered interventions.
