The Leader of Transformation, Nana Ayebiafo Jnana, together with the Greater Accra and Tema Charter, has made a significant donation to Buzstopboys, a youth volunteer group dedicated to promoting environmental cleanliness across the Greater Accra Region.
Buzstopboys, made up of selfless young men and women, has earned recognition for its consistent efforts to keep the city clean and promote environmental responsibility. Their work aims to make Greater Accra one of the cleanest cities in Ghana.
To support and strengthen their activities, the Transformation Leader and the Greater Accra–Tema Charter presented the group with GH₵20,000, a hand-held blower, a spraying machine, and a concrete breaker. These resources are expected to make the group’s operations more efficient and enhance the impact of their cleanup exercises.
During the presentation, Nana Ayebiafo Jnana expressed appreciation for the dedication shown by Buzstopboys. He noted that their work is helping Ghanaians become more aware of the importance of environmental protection, even though it may take time for the wider population to fully appreciate their efforts. He encouraged the volunteers to remain committed, assuring them that their work will eventually be widely recognized and valued. He also urged residents to support Buzstopboys whenever they encounter them in the community.
The leader of Buzstopboys expressed gratitude for the generosity and support shown by the Leader of Transformation and the Greater Accra–Tema Charter. He acknowledged their presence and encouragement and reaffirmed the group’s commitment to continue its environmental work for the benefit of the nation.
