NPP Presidential Primaries: Western North Police Command Warn Macho Men Who Tries to Disturb the Election”

The Western North Regional Police Commander, DCOP Dr. Francis Kwame Tsidi, has visited the Juaboso polling center where the New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer election is underway.

Speaking to the media, Dr. Tsidi noted that the electoral process across the region has been calm, with no incidents or casualties recorded at any of the polling centers.

He emphasized that the police are fully deployed to ensure peace and order throughout the exercise.

Dr. Tsidi cautioned so-called “macho men” to stay away from the polling centers, warning that any individual who attempts to disrupt the peace or interfere with the process will be dealt with according to the law.

“The police are the only security officers mandated to maintain law and order during this election,” he stated, adding that his men have been instructed to remain firm and professional in protecting the peace.

He further encouraged officers on duty to remain vigilant and continue ensuring that the process ends peacefully.
