There is viral video sacaulating that Police assaulting a GHone journalist reporting on the ongoing by-election at Ablekuma North in north odorkor polling 2 station.
The journalist, according to reports was assaulted by police officer when he was attempted to enter the inner perimeter of the voting centre for coverage.
After report of the incident of several media houses on the ground.
Police has released statement of interdict the officer in question.

The Ghana Police Service has monitor a viral video in which one of our officers is seen assaulting a report.
The officer concern has been withdrawn from the ongoing election duty at Ablekuma North, and referred to the police professional standard bureau for investigation.
We would like to assure the public that a thorough investigation will be conducted into the matter and further updates will be communicated.
