WAEC Releases Withheld core science Results for Dadieso SHS

The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has officially released the withheld core science results of candidates from Dadieso Senior High School in the Suaman District of the Western North Region.

The 2025 WASSCE results of the entire school’s final-year students were initially withheld by WAEC following suspicions of examination malpractice. The council launched an investigation to verify the integrity of the results before any decision was made.

According to reports, the District Chief Executive for Suaman, Vasco Obour, together with other key stakeholders, visited the WAEC offices to engage in fruitful discussions regarding the matter. Their intervention played a major role in resolving the issue and ensuring the release of the papers.

Following the completion of the investigation, WAEC has now cleared the students and released their results.

Parents, students, and residents of the Suaman District have expressed their gratitude to Obour and all stakeholders who contributed to the successful release of the results. They described the news as a great relief and a victory for the hardworking students of Dadieso SHS.
