Official Response to Allegations Regarding the Supply of Chairs and Tables to Schools within first 100 days.The attention of the Office of the Regional Minister, Hon. Wilbert Petty Brentum, has been drawn to an allegation suggesting that the Minister promised to supply chairs and tables to schools within the Western North Region. We wish to clarify that the Minister has not made any such promise to any individual or group.Following his swearing-in, Hon. Brentum embarked on a series of stakeholder engagements across various communities in the region.
During these visits, some community members expressed concerns over the lack of adequate furniture in their schools—particularly chairs and tables for students. In response, the Minister assured the people of his commitment to doing everything humanly possible to support the improvement of educational infrastructure in their communities.Plans are well advanced to address these concerns.
