Martha Kwayie Manu, former Deputy CEO of the Forestry Commission, former District Chief Executive (DCE), and parliamentary candidate for Juaboso, has officially declared her intention to contest for the Western North Regional Chairperson position of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

She emphasized her long-standing commitment to serving the people of the Western North Region in various capacities.

According to her, the consultations provided valuable insight into the expectations of party members regarding effective regional leadership. She noted that the feedback gathered has shaped her vision and strengthened her resolve to contest for the position once nominations are officially opened.

Kwayie Manu affirmed that she is duly qualified under the NPP’s constitution to vie for the chairperson role. She further outlined two key priorities promoting unity among party members and improving the welfare of party executives as critical pillars to revitalize the party’s strength in the region.
