Legendreport.com has presented a citation in honour of the Member of Parliament for the Sefwi Wiawso Constituency, Kofi Afful Bentel, in recognition of his dedicated service to his constituents.
The citation was presented by the CEO of Legendreport.com, Emmanuel Sowah, who commended the MP for his commitment and integrity in serving the people of Sefwi Wiawso. Speaking during the presentation, Mr. Sowah noted that although, Bentel is a first-time Member of Parliament, he has distinguished himself through his efforts in projecting and promoting the constituency both locally and internationally.
He further highlighted the MP’s dedication to improving key sectors such as education, healthcare, and infrastructure within the constituency. Mr. Sowah encouraged him to continue serving with integrity, love, and a strong commitment to creating more opportunities for the youth. He added that Bentel will be remembered in the history of Sefwi Wiawso as one of the best MPs to serve the area.
Prophet Wisdom Aha, Founder and Leader of Believers Weapon Ministry International and Secretary of the Asawinso Development Association, also commended the MP for his performance despite being a first-time legislator. He advised that while recognition and awards are important, they come as a result of the office he occupies and the expectations of the people.
He encouraged the MP to remain humble, serve with integrity, and continue prioritizing the needs of the people of Sefwi Wiawso.
In his response, Kofi Afful Bentel expressed his appreciation to Legendreport.com for the honour. He acknowledged that leadership comes with challenges and noted that it is not possible for him to reach every corner of the constituency at all times. However, he assured the people that he remains committed to delivering on his responsibilities, emphasizing that he prefers action over promises.
He also urged Legendreport.com to continue highlighting issues and challenges within the constituency to support development efforts.
