The Chief Executive Officer of Agooha FM, Bernard Gyebi Blay, has identified unreliable electricity supply in the Bia West District as the biggest challenge confronting the operations of the radio station.
According to him, the unstable power supply affects the station’s productivity and makes its daily operations challenging.
“Electricity is the biggest challenge that we are facing,” he stated.

Despite the challenge, Mr Blay assured listeners and stakeholders that the situation would not discourage management from pursuing its mission of informing, educating and entertaining the people.
He made these remarks on Thursday, November 5, 2026, during the official launch of Agooha FM at Sefwi Adwofua in the Bia West District of the Western North Region.
The CEO also commended the management and staff of the station for their dedication, commitment and hard work throughout its two years of operations.
He acknowledged their contributions to sustaining the station and providing information, education and entertainment to residents of the district and surrounding communities.
