Bodi Circuit Court has discharged three Family remember who accused of amr robbery in Juaboso over lack of evidence of prosecution.
The Bodi Circuit Court has discharged three Family members who was accused of armed robbery at a mining site at Abrokofe in the Juaboso District of the Western North Region.
Legendreport has made series of reports from last year 2025 that three individuals who are brothers has been arrested at Abrokofe in the Juaboso District.
The accused persons where, Francis Enning 26 years, Gideon Tano 21 years and Anthony Ahwoi 22.
This individuals has been in police custody for about 9 months as they were on the trials.
The police arrested for robbery at mining site and after the arrested they were processing to Bodi Circuit for trials.
Today the court brought the final vert of the cause, the presiding judge, His Honour James Mensah Donkor reading the judgment, said the prosecution lack evidence in the case, second first and second witness the didn’t prove any evidence is in the witness.
For that more the prosecution has no evidence of three brothers guilty on the charge against them on the and court has Acquittal and discharged on the case.
France Atta Owusu who is the uncle of the brother that the family thank the court for giving a fair judgment on the case.
He said he believe did has brought hope in the judicial system against, because his nephews where arrested with any evidence in the case.
He said his nephews has been in the police custody for about 9 months but finally the true has come out and court has prove with the law.
He said thank that justice has been save through the case
