He made the call during a visit to inspect ongoing projects across the municipality.
The visit formed part of efforts to assess the progress of development projects and identify challenges affecting their completion.
The minister urged the contractors to intensify work and adhere to agreed timelines to ensure that residents benefit from the projects.
He also stressed the need for quality work and accountability in executing government projects.
Meanwhile, the Municipal Chief Executive for Aowin, Stephen Morcher, said work has been in various stages of completion. He added that the projects would be completed soon to serve their intended purpose of construction.
